G-Dub (Sub-Zero & Original Sin) photography by Wozniak

Jump-Up dons Original Sin and Sub Zero reunite under shared music making guise G-Dub to drop a massive refix of Sigma‘s dancefloor smasher “Lighters“.

Jointly publishing their first musical work in a decade, the immensely talented beatsmiths — who have enjoyed equally incredible success as solo acts — churn out a face-melting gurner that has typified the G-Dub sound of years past.

Originally released as part of Sigma‘s debut studio long player Life on Liverpool based independent 3 Beat Records, the G-Dub rerub is one of four high profile album reworkings featured on a brand new remix EP offering.  Built on a solid foundation of wobbly basslines, jagged synth stabs, and punchy drum breaks, G-Dub have put the scene on notice with their stellar reinterpretation of “Lighters” that a full-on reunion may not be too far behind.
